Today, I met a very special girl. I was at the mall with my brother shopping and while we were at the food court, we saw this little girl. Her name is Hana. She is THE ONLY person in California who is diagnosed with Progeria. Just last night we found out about her, and watched her videos all over tumblr & youtube. We approached her at the mall today, and I started talking to her. She was very tiny, and very soft spoken, She was telling my brother and I how she met Selena Gomez and how she made the little bracelet for her. She even gave my mom a kiss on the cheek. AND YES SHES ALIVE. People started a nasty rumor last night that she has passed away, obviously it is NOT true since we met her 2 hours ago. And ITS spreading. She was with her teacher, and we exchanged emails. Her teacher kept talking to my brother & I about her condition and how people started the rumors. She was amazingly down to earth. She personally asked my brother & I to spread it all over that she is alive and well, so here I am trying helping out. I will post the email her teacher sent me soon to prove that this is all real.

If you could please reblog and help Hana out, and spread the word that she is alive & well, please reblog this regardless that it wont match your tumblr theme. Lets help her out, lets stop this rumor and encourage Hana to stay strong.

I felt that I needed to reblog this because people are going around and saying *RIP Hana* but she is very much alive and it sucks for people to spread rumors like those. I understand people want to share a nice story like this, but if its something as serious as a death please be sure to get all the facts straight. Anyways Hana is such a sweetheart and I wish her all the best things in the world.

Project 365 - 002
I took this old and retired F21 bag, salvaged the buckles/rings etc, and cut up the useable pieces of “leather” that wasn’t worn or stretched out. Then I sewed up a new harness for one of my dogs! Mr. Tiger is modeling the *almost* finished piece. I still want to go find a buckle to use for the top strap. I took my dog out for a test walk in it, he seemed pretty chipper so I think he liked it :)

Project 365 - Create something cool every day.
So I saw this on various friends’ facebook pages, and I’ve really been meaning to try it. There will be a slight variation though. Each post will consist of a drawing/photo/sculpture/something creative. My goal is to really commit to something as well as a way to exercise my creative thinking every day. So here we go, with less than 10 minutes left of day one, here’s my first project. It’s really more of an photoshop exercise, just trying to remember some of the things I learned in production class last semester. It only gets better from here…right?
